This is such a great recipe for someone trying to eat clean, but also for people who dont realllllly care what they're eating, they just want it to be delicious! Because this is just that: DELICIOUS. (I think I use the word "delicious" too much, anyone have some good synonyms for me to start using??)
So let me just jump right to it so I can get back to stuffing my face with this dip...
Here is what you'll need:
-Food processor (my favorite kitchen gadget in the world)
...that's it....
Here are the ingredients:
-1 jar (12-14 ounces) of roasted red pepper (you can find these at Kroger for $1.87... so cheap!)
-1 cup of walnuts
-1 garlic clove (peeled, obviously)
-1/2 t onion powder
-salt / pepper to taste
-1 - 2 t olive oil or coconut oil (your choice of which)
Here's what you do:
1.) Lay out your ingredients and get your handy dandy food processor ready to go.
2.) Drain roasted red pepper jar, add roasted red peppers and garlic to food processor, puree.
3.) Add your cup of walnuts and turn the food processor back on to form a paste.
4.) Add oil, onion powder, salt and pepper. Puree.
5.) Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for a bit first, up to you!

Step 1) Get out all of the ingredients and prep your food processor. (pictured is both olive oil and coconut oil, you will pick one or the other - you do not need both)
Step 4) Pick your poison (aka coconut oil or olive oil) and add oil, onion powder, salt and pepper. Then turn the food processor back on to mix everything one final time.
Until next time...
