So if I were to tell you that you could be on a whole foods challenge, eating super healthy, and still enjoy a fudge brownie would you believe me?? You should. Because you can. And once you try these, you'll want to hug me. These are dairy free, gluten free, sugar free & egg free. (Did I just define your definition of a brownie? Well, that's all about the change).

Here is what you'll need:
-A Food Processor
-Glass baking pan/pie pan
Here are the 1st Layer Ingredients:
-1 cup pitted medjool dates
-1 cup raw almonds
-1/4 cup raw organic cocoa
Here are the 2nd Layer Ingredients:
-2 bananas
-1/2 cup of raw organic cocoa
-4 tbsp raw almond butter
-4 tbsp raw organic honey
-A Food Processor
-Glass baking pan/pie pan
Here are the 1st Layer Ingredients:
-1 cup pitted medjool dates
-1 cup raw almonds
-1/4 cup raw organic cocoa
Here are the 2nd Layer Ingredients:
-2 bananas
-1/2 cup of raw organic cocoa
-4 tbsp raw almond butter
-4 tbsp raw organic honey
(I got my organic baking cocoa from Whole Foods) (My Medjool Dates from Costco)
Here's what you do:
1.) Start by pitting your medjool dates. Just pop them right out! (This could get sticky)
2.) Throw all the 1st Layer Ingredients into your food processor and mix until well blended.
3.) Spread 1st Layer Ingredients into glass pan, making a smooth bottom layer.
4.) Throw all 2nd Layer Ingredients into your food processor and mix until well blended.
5.) Spread 2nd Layer Ingredients on top of bottom layer, smooth until evenly distributed.
6.) Put into freezer, wait about 30 minutes until cutting squares.
7.) FEAST! Whatever you don't eat, throw back in the freezer to munch on later.

Step 3) Spread bottom layer into glass pan.
Step 4) Throw 2nd Layer Ingredients into food processor & mix until well blended.
Step 5) Spread 2nd Layer on top of Bottom Layer
Step 6) Freeze for 30 min to set. Then cut into squares (or just keep in the freezer and cut off bites whenever you need a little sugar fix!)

Just cut off a little bit whenever you want a little "chocolate" taste! And there you have it... a FUDGE BROWNIE, without any of that unhealthy fudge or brownie!
